Some very basic dance steps from around the world that we use in the Global Dance Party class. They are very easy and everyone can learn how to do them. Also, since you won’t be partner dancing in the classes, but instead rocking out in your own space, you don’t have to worry about things being perfect, simply fun! Music and dance develop together within a culture; the movements that go with a culture’s music feel logical. And once you have the basic step, improvisation is absolutely encouraged, so you can develop your own signature style!
