Heat water in a kettle, or in a saucepan, heat some milk (cow, goat, rice… whatever floats your boat)
In a mug, grate 2-3 teaspoons fresh ginger, add a teaspoon of turmeric, a grind or two of black pepper and a teaspoon of honey, maybe some stevia.
Add the hot liquid and stir. drink. Modify sweetness to taste. YUM.
