Thai-style Coleslaw with Mint and Cilantro

3T lime juice, 4 tsp sugar (or less) 1 T fish sauce 1 med serrano chili (or less) 5 T coconut milk, 1 # napan cabbage, 6 radishes, 4 oz sugar snap peas, 1/2 C cilantro, 1/2 C roasted salted cashews

shred the cabbage, finely chop the other veggies, mix all the wet ingredients and toss everything together. Add cashews just before serving.
